評估作品數量和質量，討論成書想像，釐清需求。依攝影作者出版需求，提供攝影書出版一條龍或不同環節的服務。
We assess the quantity and quality of the works, discuss the vision for the book, and clarify the needs. Depending on the photographer's publishing requirements, we provide a comprehensive or multi-stage service for photography book publishing.

Professional services
專案管理：協助出版專案如期產出，規劃發行銷售策略。
費用：50,000 - 100,000 元。（依專案時程收費）
Project management：Assist publishing projects to be produced on schedule and plan distribution and sales strategies.
Cost：NT$ 50,000-100,000. (Charged according to project schedule)
書籍編輯：協助書籍編輯排序，形塑整體調性。
費用：30,000 - 80,000 元。（二個月，四次討論）
Book editing：Assist book editing in sorting and shaping the overall tone.
Cost：NT$ 30,000-80,000. (two months, four discussions)
書籍設計：協助書籍落版，送印製作。
費用：50,000 - 100,000 元。（六個月，四次討論）
Book design：assisting in publishing and printing of books.
Cost：NT$ 50,000-100,000. (six months, four discussions)
印務協助：提供印製洽詢、協助、品管。
費用：20,000 - 50,000 元。（依專案複雜度收費）
Printing assistance：Provide printing consultation, assistance, and quality control.

Sales and Promotion
協助線上與實體銷售、新書與創作者分享會，策畫攝影書共讀活動、市集擺攤與常態推廣的寄售。
Assist with online and physical sales, new book and creator sharing sessions, plan photography book reading events, market stalls and regular consignment promotions.
